The definition of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is expansive, encompassing a broad spectrum of technologies and approaches with the ultimate aim of giving machines capabilities that emulate human intelligence and ability. Today, we’re seeing it applied as a helpful tool to aid individuals and organizations, sometimes misattributed to encompass IoT and API solutions, and other times accurately serving as the new engine elevating categories including Customer Experience and Cybersecurity. AI is also serving to improve itself, learning and listening for ways to be more effective and deliver better answers.
